Sloan Tomlinson’s photographicself-portraits create an engaging narrative transporting the viewer into themiddle of a story and a different time. Nancy Johnson’s self-portrait paintingsexhibit an insular, intimate quality. Christine Texiera uses flight and transportationas a metaphor for personal change in this series of mixed-media work utilizinglayers of clear medium over images rendered in acrylic paint.
