“As We Rise: Photography from the
Black Atlantic | Peabody Essex Museum”
Featuring more than one hundred works by artists from North America, South America, Africa, Europe and the Caribbean, this exhibition celebrates the myriad experiences of Black life through the lenses of community, identity and power. Together, these images explore the many sides of the African diaspora.
