The Tavern Club is a private

social club in downtown Boston,

founded in 1884. The club has

a small collection of works by

painters of the Boston School,

some of whom were members.

The club periodically arranges

for small groups to view these

paintings, and anyone interested

in a visit should call the Club,

leave a name and number, and

a Club member will respond to

discuss arrangements.
