ShowUp presents “Repetitious Insecurity,” a solo exhibition by Persian-American painter, activist and 2025 Guggenheim Fellow Maryam Safajoo. Through narrative paintings, Safajoo illuminates the systematic persecution of the Baha’i community in Iran post-1979 revolution. Opening reception: June 6, 5-8 p.m.
